Do you have a retail store I can visit?

We have a showroom in the Melbourne city area (Carlton) which you can visit by appointment when in Melbourne.

Unfortunately we do not have a showroom in North America at present, however please visit our stockists page for more information on local retailers.

 

Can I pick up my order in person?

No, we do not offer pick ups for North American orders, sorry.

 

Where are your watches made?

Our watches are assembled in our own Melbourne based workshop by our technical team. We welcome visitors who wish to take a look behind the scenes.

 

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes - all of our watches come with a 24 month manufacturers warranty.

 

Do you ship internationally?

MWC North America ships to domestic United States, Canada and Mexico. For orders to other countries, please visit our global site.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All credit card payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

 

Do you do custom or contract/private label watches?

We do not do individual custom work but please Contact Us for further information on producing a watch for your company, club or association.

 

Can I request a certain serial number for my purchase?

No, sorry - we cannot accept requests for specific serial numbers.
